Over the past eight years, the Winter Aviation Summit (WAS) has emerged as a premier rendezvous for a select community of distinguished professionals in the business aviation sector. This exclusive assembly comprises experts engaged in various dimensions of aircraft transactions, including procurement, sales, operations, maintenance, financing, and advisory services. Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Switzerland, the WAS has established itself as an esteemed institution within the global business aviation arena.

 

The summit's illustrious roster features a diverse array of professionals spanning banking, legal, manufacturing, tax expertise, brokering, and more. Serving as a pivotal platform, the WAS transcends geographic boundaries, providing a comprehensive forum for the exchange of ideas, expertise, and collaboration among influential stakeholders in the dynamic realm of business aviation.

 

This year heralds the inaugural edition of the BUSINESS AVIATION ALPINE WORLD SKI CHAMPIONSHIP, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Swiss Alps. On March 13th, we anticipate an exhilarating day of alpine racing, culminating in an award ceremony for the best time and a delightful fondue experience on the pristine slopes. Please note the suggested theme: 'Les Bronzés font du ski,' and the four participants with the best costumes will be awarded a prize.

 

March 14th marks the commencement of the highly anticipated WAS conference, where we delve into substantive discussions. To conclude this extraordinary occasion, we savor the culinary delights of Mirto Marchesi's exquisite dinner.

 

Given the exclusivity of this gathering, limited to just 140 participants, we strongly encourage you to secure your spot in advance.

-If you are coming to the Fondue Soirée please note the last train coming up to Bretaye from Villars Gare is at 4:45pm.

-If you are participating in the BizAv World Alpine Championship we will need the following information:

  • Full name you want featured on your dossard (ski jersey).

  • Your height and shoe size to organise your ski's & boots

From GVA Airport you must take the train towards BEX and then up to Villars. The hotel is right behind the train station. Click HERE to book ticket.

SKI PASS FOR THE DAY IS INCLUDED IN YOUR TICKET
Train goes up to slopes (Villars to Bretaye) every 15 minutes.

SKI’S AND BOOTS 60CHF FOR THE DAY

Please come early to do fittings and make sure your equipment works. We recommend arriving no later than 11:30am.
If you need skis and boots please send us your shoe size, your height and weight. Our team will be onsite to assist you in any way.
