The Riviera Ladies Club (RLC) is dedicated to empowering women leaders in aviation and yachting, fostering opportunities for girls through skills programmes and scholarships. Our association serves as a powerful platform for collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth, creating a unique sisterhood where expertise and support intertwine.

Over the past three years, we’ve had the privilege of hosting some of the most prominent women in business aviation and yachting, alongside the steadfast support of esteemed companies such as Jetcraft, Bombardier, Pratt & Whitney, JSSI, Boutsen Aviation, Dassault, Lux Aviation, Gulfstream, Tyrolean Jet Services, Blueberry Aviation, Fraser, G-Yachts, UBS, Barclays, and many more. Their participation is a guiding light, inspiring a better work environment for us and the generations to come.

Our inaugural event, held during the Monaco Yacht Show 2022, was an outstanding success, welcoming over 40 accomplished women aboard a stunning yacht. The gathering featured inspiring speeches from industry trailblazers such as Natacha Fazal Karim, Sabine Von den Linden, and Diana Langes Swarovski.

Today, we are raising funds to help our scholarship recipient, Stephanie Petts, achieve her dream of becoming a pilot. Additionally, we are expanding mentorship programmes and developing transformative courses.
